I have severe food allergies. Are Andean Dream products safe for me?
All of our products are produced in allergen-friendly manufacturing facilities and are free of gluten, corn, soy, dairy, and eggs. If you ever have any questions about our products please reach out to us at hello@eatandeandream.com.

Are Andean Dream products gluten-free?
All Andean Dream products are gluten-free and made in gluten-free manufacturing facilities. All of our products are also vegan, free of eggs, corn, and soy, and kosher. 

Are Andean Dream products low in carbohydrates?
Andean Dream products use quinoa as the base ingredient, which is not naturally low in carbohydrates. Quinoa is a grain-substitute (technically, quinoa is a seed!) that has a plethora of essential amino acids, nutrients, and vitamins. How much sugar do Andean Dream cookies have?
Andean Dream quinoa cookies are low in sugar, with 5 grams of sugar per serving (2 cookies). 

Why do Andean Dream cookies have fat?
In order to maintain a good texture and flavor, some of the ingredients that we need to substitute naturally have fat in them. The fat that you see on our nutrition labels is all 'healthy' fat.

Are Andean Dream products available in grocery stores?
Yes, we do sell our products in grocery stores across the country! You can find us in select locations at the following grocers, plus others:

  • Whole Foods
  • Publix
  • Fairway
  • Foodtown

Shipping

What are your shipping options?
We ship primarily via USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00. Shipping is $5.99 for all orders under $50.00.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping, but feel free to contact us at hello@eatandeandream.com to get any updates on the status of your order. 

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states including the District of Columbia. We are working to ship to Alaska and Hawaii soon - stay tuned!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 business hours after they are placed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times for USPS vary by state/region. All orders are shipped from New York.

How can I track my package?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation with a tracking number please wait for 24-48 hours for tracking milestones to appear. After that, you can see where your package is in transit.

Can I edit or cancel my Andean Dream order once its placed?
Please email us at hello@eatandeandream.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Changes can only be made before an order ships out.

Can I order less than 1 case at a time?
At this time we can only offer our products by the case. But trust us, you'll love our products so much that you'll be glad you ordered by the case! 

What if my order is missing?
If the tracking information shows delivered, but you never received your package, please email us right away at hello@eatandeandream.com and we will take care of it! 

What is your return policy?
Once an order has been processed and shipped it will be considered final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Refund requests will be considered for products that have arrived damaged or defective.
  • If your package was damaged in transit, please reach out to us at hello@eatandeandream.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for product that is used or tampered with after delivery.

Any intent to notify Andean Dream of a defective product must be completed within 5 days of delivery date. Please email hello@eatandeandream.com and our Customer Care team will assist you with next steps.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. Any concern with an Andean Dream product purchased from a third-party reseller or retailer must be handled directly with the reseller or retailer where the original purchase was made and is subject to the return/exchange policy of that company.
